Sharing guidelines

Encounters is a place for honest, first-hand stories of meeting Jesus. A person reads every story before it goes public.

Welcome

• Your own experience, told honestly as you remember it.
• Typed, voice, or video, up to a few minutes.
• First name, full name, or anonymous: your choice.

Not allowed

• Asking for money, donations or "seed offerings", or promoting a business, product, ministry fundraiser or channel.
• Medical or financial advice. Telling anyone to stop treatment or medication.
• Children: no stories by anyone under 18, and no children's faces or names.
• Other people's private details, faces or voices without their OK.
• Attacks on any person, group or faith. Hate, harassment, sexual content, violence.
• Made-up stories, or AI-generated video presented as real. Re-enactments are fine when you tick the re-enactment box; we label them.

What happens next

We approve it, ask you for a change, or decide not to publish it. You can delete your story any time from the device you sent it from. Anyone can report a story; serious reports hide it right away until we look, and we aim to act on removal requests within 24 hours.
